Delivery methods and charges
Tracked 24 (Royal Mail) – £5 – Deliveries usually take 1-2 working days and offer full tracking information, which you can find via the royal mail website. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 2 days late we recommend checking your local sorting office or neighbour
Tracked 48 (Royal Mail) – £4 – Deliveries usually take 2-3 working days and offer full tracking information, which you can find via the royal mail website. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 2 days late we recommend checking your local sorting office or neighbour.
Standard (Royal Mail) – £1.25/£2.85 Deliveries usually take 1-3 working days after the date of dispatch. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 3 days late we recommend checking your local sorting office or neighbour.
Economy (Royal Mail) – £1/£2.15 Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days after the date of dispatch. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 3 days late we recommend checking your local sorting office or neighbour.
Next Day Delivery (Royal Mail) – £7.00/£12.50 Deliveries should be guaranteed next working day from the date of dispatch. if an order is placed on Friday items will not arrive till the following Monday (or Tuesday after a bank holiday) If your order is more than 3 days late we recommend checking your local sorting office or neighbour.
Courier Mon-Fri (DPD) – £6 – Deliveries placed Mon-Thurs will usually take 1-2 working days and offers full tracking information, which you can find via the DPD website. This is not guaranteed and deliveries can sometimes take longer. If your order is more than 2 days late we recommend checking your local sorting office or neighbour.
Free Shipping
All orders over £70 have free 48hr shipping, and £200 orders will have free shipping via courier. The 48hr option can be upgraded at a cost of £1 for 24hr
Safe Place Delivery
If you’re not home when a delivery driver arrives, the driver may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a ‘safe place’. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that a ‘safe place’ is provided to prevent goods from being lost/stolen.
